The tour will make three stops, including a lunch stop, and will focus on the three conference track themes 1. Root causes of inequities, 2. Translating interventions and 3. Integrating art and research. The tour bus will depart promptly at 9 am from the Hilton Hartford Hotel and will end at the Institute for Community Research’s offices in Hartford, for a follow-up discussion. Reinaldo Rojas, from the City of Hartford Health and Human Services Department will facilitate the tour discussion. Participants will then be given transportation back to the Hilton Hartford Hotel.
