Conference Costs

Early Registration (before April 15, 2004):  $115

Regular Registration (April 15 through May 31): $155

On-site Registration (after May 31): $170

One day Registration for SATURDAY only: $60

Registration cost includes all meals associated with the conference (Breakfast & lunch on 6/11, Breakfast, lunch & dinner on 6/12, Breakfast on 6/13).

Apply a discount of $25 per registration with four or more registrations from the same organization. If more than one person registers from the same organization, each person must fill out a registration form.

All payments must be made by check. No credit cards accepted.

Cancellation policy: There will be a 50 fee for all cancellations up to 10 days before the conference begins (May 31, 2004). Cancellations after May 31 will NOT receive a refund (unless for an emergency).
