The Institute for Community Research (ICR) works with community partners locally, nationally and internationally to identify issues of concern, to promote social justice and positive changes in public health and education, and to foster cultural conservation and development.
As an independent, non-profit organization, ICR relies on federal, state, local and foundation funding as well as individual support to maintain the programs that assist so many people throughout Connecticut and beyond.
