Chiedza Rodriguez is the Coordinator of the Youth Action Research for Prevention program and a Prevention Research Educator, training Hartford youth to conduct Participatory Action Research on a topic that is important to them. She is also the contact person for the Institute's Sexual Minority Youth Project. Before coming to ICR, Chiedza was a social worker in Pennsylvania. Her research interests include prevention, youth, Lesbian/Gay/Bisexual/Transgender issues, and social justice. Chiedza recently completed a
Masters of Science Human Services
at Springfield College in Tampa, Florida, specializing in Organizational Management and Leadership.
