Paige Nuzzolillo is ICR’s Substance Abuse Prevention Research Educator for the collaborative project with the West Hartford Substance Abuse Prevention Commission. She brings her cross-cultural experience teaching and tutoring in Spain and Hartford to this position, which involves developing curriculum, teaching and implementing a social marketing campaign for the prevention of prescription drug misuse and adolescent binge drinking in the community of West Hartford. Additionally, Paige currently works as an interviewer on the ICR study entitled, Enhancing HIV Prevention through Multi-level Community Intervention to Promote Women-Initiated Prevention Options. As part of her undergraduate senior coursework at the University of Connecticut, she conducted primary research on the potential for acceptability of the female condom among University of Connecticut (UCONN) undergraduates. Paige holds a B.A. in Anthropology and a minor in English from the University of Connecticut.
